Sterling silver and brass necklace depicting the August 21, 2017 eclipse who’s centerline will be directly over the Teton mountains here. This place is crazy with eclipse watchers and I figured I must make a necklace to commemorate the event.
This necklace is mostly sterling silver with brass suns there are three phases of the eclipse depicted. It measures 15″ long with a 4″ extender and has a sterling lobster claw closure. Each disk is meticulously hand cut out to a diameter of 1/2 an inch. The moons have a hand patterned pocked marked moonscape. The overall width of the pendant is just at 2″ wide.
I also did a bracelet which is available here.
